We value your time and your business, and we ask that you help us maintain a smooth schedule for all clients. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our team on track.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, please call the salon directly.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
  • Cancellations with less than 1 hour’s notice, or no-show appointments, will also be charged 100% of the service value.
  • All cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
