Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and stylist, but walk-ins are always welcome when we have availability.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
For best availability, try to book at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or popular stylists.
Do you offer consultations before a color or style?
Yes! We love sitting down with you first to discuss your goals, hair type, and lifestyle, so we can create the perfect plan.
What products do you use in the salon?
We exclusively use Aveda products — plant-powered, sustainable, and designed to keep your hair healthy and vibrant.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand things come up! Please give at least 24 hours notice so we can accommodate other clients and reschedule your appointment.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — gift cards make a perfect gift for any occasion and are available in-salon.
